Full-Service Consultation

With full-service consultation, Encore Events will begin by establishing a budget tailored to your specifications. From there, you can relax as we go to work pulling from the most trusted and professional vendors in the area. Planning a wedding involves coordinating a varied array of details, including finding and reserving a ceremony site, reception venue, photographer, videographer, and florist, to name a few. There are dress fittings, contract negotiations, makeup and hair consultations, and invitation viewings to be scheduled. And then there all of the details to ensure your out of town guests are comfortable throughout the duration of their stay. Your bridal consultant becomes the main contact for all of these many vendors and more, scheduling appointments so you don’t have to.

Partial Consultation

For the bride who has already arranged most of her wedding but seeks a professional to finish and execute her plans

With a partial service consultation, we pick up the planning where you have left off, often coordinating the last minute and frequently overlooked details. Favors, place cards, gift bags for out of town guests, and agenda preparation are a few of the most commonly requested services we provide for brides seeking partial wedding coordination. By becoming the bride’s spokesperson and main contact, she gets to relax in the months approaching her special day!

Wedding Week Coordination

For the bride who seeks a professional only during the final leg of her wedding planning

Wedding week consultation is often referred to as “day-of coordination” and serves as a final review of scheduled plans to ensure that all of the hours you’ve put into coordinating your wedding are executed flawlessly. During a one to two week period before your wedding, we meet with you to go over your plans, visit all of your vendors to verify your requests have been met and request any special needs, coordinate arrival times, visit the event location to familiarize ourselves with the site and staff (if we are not already accustomed), prepare agendas for the entire wedding weekend, and more. We also anticipate any issues that may arise during the event, organize all of the last-minute details, and facilitate rehearsal and wedding day logistics.
